Tow truck brought my truck to the shop. They had it repaired in about 2 1/2 hours which isn't bad. The labor rates were reasonable. There was a 40% mark up on the part.

Very "honest" and helpful. Provided a list of recommended repairs for my vehicle, and made suggestions on which I should prioritize. Also gave me an accurate quote without any hidden fees. I never felt pressured to pay for something I didn't intend to pay for.
