Honest 1 Auto Care is the Disneyland version of an automotive repair shop. I can not say enough good things about them. They have top-notch coffee, water and juice boxes, fun magazines, free wi-fi, a computer station, comfortable chairs, clean and spacious restrooms, and a fantastic kid's corner. My kids actually cry when they find out that we went to Honest 1 without them. One another occasion, I was returning the loaner car back to Honest 1 and the little one was very upset when he realized we were leaving the loaner car there. Harry senior and his daughter, Candy, saw that my son was inconsolable and let me drive their loaner back home while they followed me in my vehicle. I never thought that I would "enjoy" hanging out at the repair shop but they really are professional, kind, courteous, and honest! Even when we have car trouble and we are not at their shop (I left my high beams on and drained the battery) Harry Sr. still came out and gave my car a jump. Harry Jr. is also very courteous, thoughtful and has great suggestions for sushi restaurants. Our Honda Odyssey has been very happy with the service at Honest 1 and so are we. Rates are fair and very reasonable. They are prompt, friendly, skilled and inexpensive. They offered to wash my car, but I was in a hurry. Couldn't ask for more.

Amazing. Just went in for a check engine light. Expected the song and dance with the big problem that needed to be fixed and a big price tag to go with it. Instead I got a straight explanation for a problem that was not urgent. No charge! These guys really are Honest!

Have been to a lot of service shop. This one was the best ever. Very comfortable atmosphere. What really did it was it was dark when I was leaving the shop at about 6:00 and the gentleman walked me out to my car for safety. Am going back there for everything and have told many people about them.
