CAR SERVICE: I'm always weary about taking my car to the shop because I'm always afraid of those horror stories where people get suckered in and lied to regarding what repairs are needed on their car. At Honest 1 Auto Care, however, they are exactly what they are called...HONEST! I've gone here for oil change, tire rotations, and I just recently had my brakes fixed. With all of the various services I received, they consulted with me on all issues and gave me my options. They never pressured me to do anything. The prices are very reasonable and they usually offer deals and coupons for various types of service. CUSTOMER SERVICE: If you know me and my reviews, customer service is a BIG deal in my book. The customer service here is EXCELLENT. They are all personable and truly value you as a customer. EXTRA GOODIES: Their waiting area is super nice. It's like you're waiting in your living room for your car to get repaired. They've got water, soda, coffee, pastries, a couch, and a flat-screen TV. Last I checked, not a lot of mechanic shops look like your living room. I also appreciate that they will bring you home while your car is being serviced.The work and customer service is top notch. I definitely trust Honest 1 with taking care of my car without breaking the bank. I will definitely come back again and so should you! =)

I recently had a small leak in my upper radiator hose and took my vehicle to a local service shop in the Diamond Bar area. I was informed by their technician who was service my car that he was certain I had blown my main seal! A major expense!! I informed this service center that I would be getting a second opinion and took my vehicle to Honest 1 Auto. I was introduced to Harry Sr and immediately liked him as well as Harry Jr and his daughter Candi. Friendly and accommodating and they listened to my concerns! Harry informed me that there was a definitive test that could be performed that would tell me if I had in fact blown a seal. The test was performed, the work the previous shop had done was inspected, my engine was cleaned up and on top of all this I was informed that I did not have a blown seal. Wow, I was so relived! Good price and friendly service. Paid to have my tires rotated however I had did have to instruct them to rotate my tires properly rather than the simplest way.
