I really appreciated the ride home and pick up once my car was ready. I was also called throughout the day with updates on my repairs and all time delays.

I haven't received service like this ever. It's what you imagine the owners of fancy foreign cars receive from their service center. They make you feel at home right away. I also received a call the day after to make sure that everything was running fine since the repair.
